Returns
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide returns of any credits which have been used to purchase digital media. If you wish to have credits refunded which have not been used, we will be happy to help in any way we can. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact us.
Contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Continuing Peoples Development (info@continuingpeoplesdevelopment.com).
Continuing Peoples Development may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Description and Price of Goods
The description and the price of the goods you order will be as shown on Continuing Peoples Development current website at the time you place your order.
All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on the Continuing Peoples Development website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of any contract.
Customs
International customers should note that there are no additional charges since this is digital media.
Payment
Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on the Continuing Peoples Development website at the time you place your order.
All Transactions must be in Pounds Sterling.
Delivery
The goods you order will be delivered via the Continuing Peoples Development website.
Your Right of Cancellation
Due the nature of digital delivery, we are unable to provide the right to cancel once the credits have been spent on digital media.

Continuing Peoples Development will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Continuing Peoples Development will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise.
You can correct any information we hold about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to Continuing Peoples Development at the email address shown above.
Applcable Law
You agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant legislation or jurisdiction English Law shall govern this contract and any disputes under it.
Complaints
It is in our own interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur. Therefore if you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us in writing within 5 working days so that we can deal with the matter promptly.
